Personnel composition of the Tobacco Factory of Sarajevo management is made so that – according to our prevailing opinion - every individual takes the position in hierarchy in which he/she can do his/her best. However, professional competencies are only one presumption for a leading position. Additional importance makes the ability of an individual for the team work, his/her social and emotional intelligence, affability, friendliness, positive approach to everyday working tasks, but also the trust that he/she enjoys by his/her stuff. Our leitmotiv has been to have as many qualities as possible, that are present with our top management, identified across all other organization units.
